Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original condition.


Returns


If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email us at [Glammourgirl21@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for the return.


If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or altered.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
